I’m sorry guys but I really felt like God was putting this on my heart to reblog.
Yes, its gruesome. At first I thought it was one of the blogs I follow who sometimes reblogs horror movies, but then I realize…..That is the Creator of the Universe right there, bloody and beaten and in pain. And he did that for YOU.
Just think about it for a moment.
and then remember that he ROSE AGAIN.
God loves you so much that He would let his son endure all this, just so you would be saved. Think about how hard it would be to see your own son (or any relative) going through this. God let his own son go through this pain to save you! What great love is that! That Jesus would lay down his life for you! Who else would suffer through all this because of how much he loves you?
